Summary of Works

• Worked with an established brand and style guide to update and maintain the Australian, UK, and Hawaii corporate sites. Kept up-to-date with user privacy laws and consent to data collection policies across each country for compliance.

• Participated in various Australian print and online advertising campaigns, contributing to the success of increased product and brand awareness within the residential market. Implemented trackable QR codes, and online forms. The client had a strong emphasis of capturing customer data to continuously build on top of Knotwood's internal proprietary CRM, to learn more about customer demographic and behaviour to strategise sales and marketing.  

• Produced various marketing collateral such as flyers, product brochures (including Czech translation), signage, pull up banners, animated logo, and more.

• Lead designer of the "Modular Booth" for the Australian branch, following the success of my "London branch Trade Booth Design". The Australian version was revised with a goal to have modular panels that can be easily switched to tailor specific products for the trade event.
